We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused membership periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at remi@kateandremi.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at remi@kateandremi.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid content will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Membership content is for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any content from kateandremi.com without our written permission. Access is granted to one individual per account.
In our community forum, you agree to treat other members with respect. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards, including harassment, spam, illegal content, or abusive behavior, at our sole discretion and without refund.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to post illegal content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
